Late Arrival

Arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment is considered a late arrival. Your appointment may be shortened or cancelled to prevent delays for other guests. 

• Late Cancellations, Rescheduling, & No-Show Appointments

  We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of any service. Late cancellations, rescheduling, or no-shows will incur a $100 fee, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Prices & Promotions
  We continually strive to expand our services and offer the latest advancements in technology. While we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, prices, services, and products are subject to change without prior notice. Special offers and discounts cannot be combined; if multiple discounts apply, we will automatically apply the one with the highest value at the time of purchase.

• Payments
  As our practice focuses on elective aesthetic medicine, we do not process insurance claims. Prices are subject to change without notice. We accept cash, all major credit cards, Nurse Maria gift cards, and checks. For treatments exceeding $2,000, we may request payment in advance.

• Gift Cards
  Nurse Maria gift cards can be applied toward any service or product we offer, with some restrictions. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash.

• Refunds
  We do not issue refunds for services rendered, even if the results do not meet your expectations. We will do our best to mitigate any dissatisfied outcomes. Patient must provide written request for in person evaluation & meet in person with provider.

• Personal Belongings
  Guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times. Nurse Maria is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

• Practice-Patient Relationship
  We value each and every patient. However, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, and for any reason.
